Leigh brings a unique combination of clinical, educational, and business experience to consulting. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, dual Master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling, and has a professional background in radiology. Leigh is also an adjunct college professor and has experience providing mental health services across diverse populations in community mental health and private practice settings.
Erin brings extensive experience in clinical social work, child welfare, community mental health, and private practice. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Social Work with an emphasis in Mental Health. Erin spent many years working with DFCS in foster care, gaining valuable experience working with children, families, trauma, complex family dynamics, crisis situations, and multidisciplinary systems. Her clinical experience includes supporting individuals and families through a wide range of mental health and life challenges, as well as navigating complex clinical and professional situations.
Leigh and Erin co-founded and grew a successful group practice from the ground up, giving them firsthand experience with the many clinical, professional, and operational aspects of building and maintaining a mental health practice. They have personally navigated practice development, credentialing, insurance, billing, documentation, compliance, systems and workflows, clinician recruitment, onboarding, training, marketing, and group practice growth. This hands-on experience allows them to provide practical guidance based not only on what they have learned, but on what they have actually done.
